  I love yoga with Beth! I am so motivated to join her as she is virtual but also live online. I can not get myself to do any recorded classes so I am so very grateful that Beth began her program. I live in Virginia and would be unable to go in person. This class is one of the few blessings that came from this pandemic. I feel so much more centered and focused for the week since participating in Beth's Gentle Yoga classes every weekend. It is challenging for the body and the mind, yet gentle. Every class is different and I feel more flexible, balanced, and stronger. She offers inspiring poetry and her beautiful singing voice as well. No one can see me, so I don't have to worry about what I look like, yet she builds a feeling of community at the same time! I highly recommend this class for all levels and all body types. Thank you, Beth, for your skill, warmth, kindness, and spirit.

  Beth's yoga classes are the best. She is always informative, supportive, and engaging. Beth does a great job of working on specific areas of your body while giving you an overall class full of stretching, and rejuvenating all of your muscles and joints. She always suggests several different positions to do any move in, depending on your personal flexibility and health concerns. Beth truly cares about her students and it shows.

  I wanted to try yoga but I can’t get down on the floor. My friend suggested I try Beth’s, “Dynamic Chair Yoga.” I did and I love the class. This is perfect for anyone who wants the toning and stretching of yoga, but needs the accommodation of a chair. As with any class, the instructor is the key element and Beth’s demeanor is perfectly suited to yoga. The tone of her voice, the gentle cadence of her instructions, and her encouraging words as to why we are doing the movements, all lend themselves to a calming experience.
  Although the class is meant to have the participants seated, Beth offers the alternative of standing, for many of the poses. This gives those of us who can, a varied form of the pose. She also may give three possible positions of a pose—again, accommodating different needs and abilities. She always says, “Do what you are comfortable with.”
  On a personal note, I always feel relaxed and refreshed after each class. I also noticed that the stretching helped work out pain I was experiencing in my heel.
  Beth offers a variety of classes so no matter your level, there is something for everyone. I highly recommend Beth Bierko Yoga!

  Beth was a fantastic find during Covid! So good, that I am still practicing yoga with her. She is very accommodating to your needs. She will never push you to do anything you cannot do and will always try to make things work for you in ways which suit you. I am even enjoying chair yoga. Believe it or not, it is a workout! I always feel great after Beth’s classes and you will too.It is called gentle yoga, but you get a great workout. Try it. You won’t be sorry!🙏

  My husband Noel and I have been taking Beth's yoga classes at least twice a week during the pandemic. Beth has such a calming, beautiful voice, and her amazing knowledge of yoga and how to modify asanas for people of differing levels of ability has really helped us in our own practice. I love her singing, her choice of poetry, music, and meditations, and her honest, vulnerable, and sometimes hilarious sharing of her own experiences. Thank you, Beth, for keeping us moving, laughing, and sane through this regular practice. (And Bradley and Patton, thanks for being yoga doggies.)
