(August 15, 2023, 12:50 pm)The service at the Hopmeadow location in Simsbury was exceptional. They even assisted me bringing in a bunch of items. Also they did a quick check of pockets of the garments and. returned items to me before I left my parking spot! Good professional positive attitudes.

(February 14, 2023, 12:52 pm)They were able to clean my pea coat with dog fur on it when other cleaners had passed on the project. Further, the cost was reasonable and without an additional (your dirty coat is too difficult) fee! There's a list at the counter for transparent and consistent pricing which is nice. I'll be back.
