  My company brings items in on a rather regular basis to Hong and they are taken care of promptly. It is almost always quiet with the radio playing soft symphonic music. Hong herself is a quiet individual who works to get the job done within the given deadline. I think if she had an extra set of hands in the operation some things would run a bit smoother. Overall, she does a great job and her customer service and sweet air makes it a pleasurable experience.

  They have always been accommodating to our schedule including delivery and pick up, to make it more convenient. No missing clothes, no broken buttons, or clasps and service with a smile!! Normally, I do not even need to give my ticket and they know what I dropped off at pick up.
