Dr. Bernstein is knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. Her holistic approach to healing is wonderfully refreshing. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

I started to go to Dr. Bernstein about 5 years ago. Before our first meeting I filled out a detailed health questionnaire. During our first conversation we spoke about the various issues for about an hour. She then sent me for comprehensive testing to establish my baseline and give her clues as to what needed to be done. After reviewing the results she set up a plan to help me achieve my health goals. I didn't want to take any prescription drugs except as a last resort and Dr. Bernstein worked with me to set up a diet and exercise program that has met all of my expectations. At 66 I now feel like I am in great shape in every area. Dr. Bernstein can't wave a magic wand and make you healthy. But, she is a wonderful detective, guide and coach. I highly recommend her and have sent others to her practice. If you are willing to put in the effort to follow her suggestions I believe you will be as satisfied as I am.

Dr Bernstein is the best Doctor that I have ever worked with. She is kind, thoughtful and very thorough. Her patients are her top priority. She practices functional medicine and helps you to find natural answers to medical issues. She used lifestyle changes, diet and supplements as well as other techniques to treat her patients. In addition to being a Integrative Medicine Doctor she has a degree in nutrition so she is able to help treat many issue using diet. I highly recommend her.
