  Really nice owners. A real mom and pop shop where you feel like you’re working with small local business owners. They had the stove we wanted, and discounted. They were able to come install it for us and explain all about owning a stove for the first time. 2 years later and it is still going strong! Would definitely recommend.

  Visited the store last year to get some information about pellet stoves. They were very informative and knowledgeable. I learned a little more about them. I will be revisiting to purchase a pellet stove this year. Appreciate the great customer service.

  In this day and age, it is more important then ever to support local businesses. With Berkshire Hearth and Home you’re not only supporting a father/son owned and operated business, your supporting one of the best in the business!!!
  
  Al and Brad are incredibly friendly and VERY knowledgeable. They made the purchase/installation process seamless. We also purchased our pellets from them. Even though we purchased the pellets in season, they were still very fairly priced, and the quality of the pellets they carry are top notch.
  
  If you are considering getting a wood burning or pellet stove/insert, or are just shopping around for pellets, make Berkshire Hearth and Home your first and ONLY stop!

  Great experience. Berkshire has a great selection of Pellet and Wood stoves in their showroom. Brad and Al are very knowledgeable about their products and are able to answer any questions you may have. Installation didn't take long, and there was no mess left. We're glad to have had Berkshire install our stove, and look forward to them servicing it in the future.

  We are coming into our third year of pellet stove ownership. We had shopped our local dealers and selected Berkshire. They were competitive in price and installation. Their manner was friendly and as a family owned business there was a personal touch the entire experience. We have used them for yearly cleaning also. We would recommend them as a dealer and service provider to anyone looking for a renewable heating source.
