(June 7, 2023, 5:45 pm)Great clean 3 star hotel that's on the property of the bear mountain inn. When you get off the traffic circle is literally right there on the right to get to the overlook lodge. The bear mountain inn is on the main parking lot property. That said you need to check in at the bear mountain inn even if you're staying at the overlook lodge.
You will need to wrap back around the traffic circle to get to the lodge's parking lot. -

(May 7, 2023, 6:04 pm)The walk around the lake was great absolutely beautiful indeed fishing 🎣 the clean clear water was fantastic can't ask for more just come back and repeat it over the people who are very friendly with a good since of humor 😊 made our day compete 😀

(March 15, 2023, 10:19 am)Stayed in the Overlook Lodge with our Golden Retriever old dog during a snow storm. We all had a great time! The room was comfortable and clean and in the morning we could see the beautiful view of the lake from our huge window. Our pup enjoyed a romp in the snow in front of the Inn.

(January 14, 2023, 10:21 pm)Iconic national park style. Can't beat the view. We were here for a wedding. Could not have been more beautiful. The food, Ribeyes or Branzino was flawless and delicious. Perfectly cooked for 200 people. Impressive. Rooms are fine. We'd love to be here all the time.

(January 12, 2023, 5:35 pm)Awesome place to stay, especially if you're into hiking. So many trails close by, including the Appalachian Trail. The Overlook Lodge has a great view of the lake, the rooms are big and had all I needed. Some reviews mentioned a strange smell but I had nothing of that. The restaurant in the Inn is fantastic but only open from Wednesday to Sunday. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be definitely back!
