(January 3, 2023, 11:14 am)I absolutely love Be Here Now. The studio is amazing with its high wooden ceilings and walls of windows. But what makes this studio exceptional is the people! The teachers & the owner are awesome and welcoming. The ENERGY in the studio makes all the difference. I always feel so much better after my class, sometimes I feel they know exactly what I need

I have taken many different classes with a variety of instructors, and every class has been just perfect. Students are encouraged to do what works for them and strive to find the yoga practice that they need and want. It is a no judgment zone. The space is beautiful as well! I feel so lucky to have found this place!

(July 10, 2022, 11:40 am)When I walk into the studio, I immediately relax. The atmosphere is calming. The owners and teachers are wonderful and kind. Everybody is welcome, no matter their skill level. I usually take 3 classes per week, and have taken gentle, yin and mixed classes. We are encouraged to modify poses as needed and I always feels better than when I walked in!!

(November 11, 2019, 9:28 pm)This is the one of the most relaxing yoga studios I’ve been in. Great atmosphere. The owner is super sweet, the classes are great. I practically fall asleep in every yoga class they’re that good. The teachers are really nice I haven’t come across anyone rude at all. Love this place!

Being a fitness instructor myself, I have noticed that this studio opens its arms to all skill levels and physical backgrounds. Other than being gracious and welcoming, the instructors are very knowledgable and I have seen them offer great assistance to all those who can benefit from their teachings and guidance. I feel truly blessed and grateful that I have become part of this studio's community and look forward to the variety of classes and workshops that this environment holds!
