  I brought Jerry a old and damaged pool cue of sentimental value with hopes that he might be able to fix it. After analyzing it for a few minutes, Jerry got right to work while I waited (a short amount of time). Jerry repaired it with precision and quality in mind. I couldn’t believe it when he finished it a short while later. Jerry was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. I’m looking forward to be next encounter with B&B Cue Works, thanks again Jerry you exceeded expectations!

  Talked to Jerry about getting an extension for my custom cue. He actually had one in the shop that fit perfectly! Also replaced my break tip on my break cue, pretty quick, same day. Prices are pretty good!

  Bought a shaft second-hand that turned out to have a cracked ferrule. I called up Jerry and within 15min the shaft was on his lathe. He did exceptional work in replacing the ferrule, hooking me up with a new G2 tip, and cleaning up the shaft to make it look and feel like new. Professional-quality work at a very reasonable price.

  I had 3 cues tipped, I had purchased and brought 2 to Jerry and purchased one through him. He tipped my Predator Revo shaft, which saved me a lot of time sending it to a certified professional. He tipped my spare Lucasi custom shaft and breaking shaft as well. Additionally, He conditioned the Lucasi and the break shafts.
  
  I should have taken a before and after picture of the Lucasi shaft, full of chalk, and had zero glide. After the conditioning, the feel of both shafts is amazing, looks brand new. I am very satisfied with the work Jerry did. He is a very nice guy, does very good work and has vast knowledge on cue work. Best cue smith around Dutchess county!

  Rest assured, Jerry is very knowledgable and meticulous in his work and it really shows! No regrets! The results speak for themselves, the tip looks awesome and the work is spot on. I can't wait to give this a try!
