  I had a water pressure problem that T. Webber insisted required a minimum of a $4,000 fix (new Pump tank) after charging a $150 call out fee to diagnose the problem. I reached out to Sterling Pump Company for a quote on the same repair but they insisted on coming to the house for a free evaluation first. Before doing any major work the plumbers immediately identified a clogged pipe and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. For less than the $150 call out fee that T. Webber charged me Sterling Pump Company fixed my problem no major repairs necessary. The service was prompt, professional, and honest. They also took the time to explain the entire system and what work was done in detail. My system works better than it has in years and I have the same pump and pump tank providing phenomenal pressure. Cannot recommend Sterling enough.

  John and Michael at Sterling Pump do Business the old fashion way. They actually know their craft inside & out and follow a process to figure out what caused a particular problem in the first place and fix it right the 1st time without any guess work. This saves customers time and money and they get a job well done. This is why they have customers for life, like me now. Smart. Very Smart.

  Sterling Pump troubleshot my well pump issues in a very quick and efficient manner. Explained the technical aspects of my well pump and answered all of my questions. Initially, I had Mr. Rooter send a tech to fix my well pump/low water pressure issues and they were unable to diagnose the problem, but recommended that I replace the entire system at an exorbitant price. Well it turned out nothing significant was broken/needed replacement (except a 10$ gauge & bushing). Sterling adjusted the pressure switch and flushed out the well tank and completely fixed my homes issues for less than 200$. I cannot recommend enough, thank you!

  I am surprised there are no previous reviews about Sterling Pump Co, Inc. The owner, John, is a great guy! I called him as we had been without water for almost 2 weeks. John and his assistant came out immediately, even returning a few minutes later as I had missed him by a few. Honest, Reliable and Quick Service. I was treated like family. He got my otherwise non-operative Water holding tank to my Well-pump to work, which it had not been working since before I even bought the home recently as the Well-Pump had been going off every second or so. He drained all the water lodged in the tank that same day, put air in it, while even having to fight with a garage door not working.
  
  I had gotten quotes of upwards of $5000 and up to replace the entire Well-Pump and yet this job cost me a fraction of the cost, which was almost nothing, $100. He also gave me advise which you could say would not give him repeat service, because he is that honest!
  
  His assistant was very nice too. My friend, up the road, used them too, and was very happy with their work too!
