The nurse who refills my pain pump is great. She's super nice, always listens and is very professional. She's messed up the time for a few of our appts but, to be honest, I don't hold it against her. I imagine she has a big caseload and it would be easy to do. I know I couldn't do it! I'm so thankful my doctor referred me to BHI. It's been a huge help not having to drive 2 hours each way to see the Dr every 3 months.
Absolutely awesome nurses and staff. New director is overloaded trying to make things even safer. Because one person complained these poor nurses now have to collect our garbage all day long in their car with other patients sterile medication. All because one person didn’t know they sell garbage covers. The new director I spoke with was the nicest most caring person I’ve spoken with in a long time. Don’t give them more than they can handle. My personal feelings is I prefer my meditation to be nowhere near sick peoples bloody garbage. I realize we all suffer with different things but they have a perfect system with perfect accurate nurses and the new director has even made it so we can go on vacation anywhere in the US at anytime. They have enough to deal with. If your unable to rid yourself of your garbage I suggest you call The Office of the Aging. They help disabled people also. People that can’t care for themselves need a caretaker. Good luck to everyone and may God Bless You.
Basic Home Infusion has went way over my expectations. Sandra is my current nurse, and she is very professional and caring, and has no trouble finding my port. I've been using them since 2004, and would never be able to repay them for what they"'ve done for me. I've had several nurses in that time, and must give a shout out to Mike Clark, as he was also very personable, and also fine, fine people. My thanks are to all who work for Basic Home Infusion.
Basic Home Infusion (BHI) has kind, caring intelligent employees. Jennifer, the nurse who visits me does everything she can to make me feel better and lift my spirits. She visits me whether I'm in the hospital or at home without stress on me. BHI has the best and caring nurses that come to my home for my Medtronic implant. I have never had any issues with the care that they provide.
