I have no complaints on these owners. If there is a problem within the building and you call they fix right away whatever it is. Thank you Basad Real Estate.
On the supers performance, well that's not the owners fault. Supers are super lazy hardly clean the building. The wife gossips about tenants to other tenants that should be rectified.
A side from the misconduct of the Supers performance the owners are the best. Another thing don't trash on the landlords if you don't report what the supers are not doing it isn't the owners fault. Pin fault on the guilty party the SUPERS. I have been living in their building for 9 years never had a problem with the owners. In fact they are very responsible and fix immediately what you report.
