  I have lived here for nearly 2 years now, other than the incredible views, great amenities, spacious apartments. The staff is great! Anytime I go to the office with a request or question Tiffany is so happy to help! Mayliz in the back office is also great! Victor on the maintenance team is awesome, so friendly and eager to help! Walter the doorman is the man, knows everyone and is always so happy! Great place to live !!

  Great community with great amenities. Office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Work orders are promptly followed up on. Overall, you can't beat it.

  I have lived in Hoboken at the Shipyard for many many years now… And one thing that always remains the same is the beautiful location of the property… The views are spectacular…. The community is wonderful…great amenities and the staff is always helpful… You can’t ask for a better place to live!!

  The views are spectacular, our apartment is fabulous, the community is engaging. But...so important is the way everyone at the company makes you feel important. Love it here!

  The apartments are great - good size, high ceilings, bright with great views. You can't beat the location, the staff is always pleasant, the common areas are always neat and clean. The park is a great place to sit and enjoy the view. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
