  Happy to say that the food was very good. My mom and I had creamy cauliflower soup, two different pizzas, and the Caesar salad. My mom was raving. The service was meh considering we were one of two parties there. And the ambiance is okay. I can see the effort to renovate and decorate which I appreciate but I felt like the windows along the side need some work. I’ll be happy to go back but just wish they could do something about the windows/view. I think I’d feel less claustrophobic.

  I went to Baldo Bistro tonight and it was amazing. We came in with a birthday party of 10 and they accommodated us for everything: Everything was timed beautifully. The drinks were great! The food was great! The lasagna with veal was an 11/10. Out birthday girl could not have had better time. Our waitress Sue was great and we truly had a great experience!

  My Wife and I had our Valentines date on Saturday evening 2/18/23 for 6:45.
  We We're met by welcoming hosts and was seated quickly, the restaurant was busy and full but not packed.
  Food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was awesome, it seemed our waitress was a little overwhelmed and left us for awhile after we had eaten our dinner which then put out our dessert still frozen. We didn't complain and extended Grace.
  The portions were great for the cost and food delicious 😋
  Owner is very friendly and approachable! Without a doubt we would return, awesome we have a new restaurant in town!

  Our overall experience was great. The inside is all completely renovated/updated, the staff were all very nice and attentive, and the food was great. Although they have a limited menu right now, there is a nice variety of dinners and the portion sizes were acceptable. Also, they do have a bar area that has been updated and is a good size. Our only complaint is that although bread was available for the table, salad isn’t offered with entrees. Aside from that, we are pleased that our first experience there was good and that there is a new, local restaurant in West Milford. Hoping they do well.
