(October 8, 2020, 10:36 am)I regularly take yoga classes on Zoom now, and have had a full Ayurveda work-up for my "issues". A full work up gave me an understanding of my Dosha. And, now I know how to eat, and take better care of myself. Excellent information and a new way of eating with Ayurveda.
