(December 9, 2022, 2:43 pm)The ladies at Baird went above and beyond to help with the insurance paperwork so my 4 year old could have a quality nebulizer machine after being at the ER with her for possible pneumonia. I highly recommend going to Baird for all of your medical equipment needs!

(May 6, 2021, 10:07 pm)Baird saved my vacation! I was traveling in the area with my family for a much needed break when I noticed I had not packed all of the necessary equipment for my CPAP. My apnea is quite severe and my CPAP is an absolute necessity. After one very restless night I decided to visit Baird and explain my situation before choosing to shorten my vacation or drive the 8 hours round trip to gather what I needed from home. The staff were empathetic to my situation and took the time to look through their in house inventory to find what I needed and offered to me for an amazingly fair price. Customer service that far exceeds my own CPAP supply company who would have told me they were mail order and delivery only and sent me on my way. So grateful I found them.

This was my second time getting a breast pump through them and they have always been so helpful and nice. Today I was in the immediate need of duckbill valves and although they didn't have it she was kind enough to suggest where I may find it and I did. Thank you so much!!
