  Tammy in billing is very professional and helpful. She resolved a few billing issues with insurance and went above and beyond to do so. Excellent customer service!

  I’m not a patient here, but while vacationing in the area I lost a contact lense, and this office was nice enough to give me a trial pair of lenses at no cost which was an absolute life saver. Great place. The person in front of me also showed up on the wrong day, but the staff still made accommodations to get him seen that day since he was already there. Very friendly people all around.

  I rarely write reviews but I had to post about my amazing experience with the staff here! While visiting the Poconos, I had a vision problem. Called the office at 9am and was in the chair by 1:30 the same day. Tammy, who took my call, was kind and helpful and squeezed me into the schedule. Christine did the prelim testing and was cheerful, super knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything in detail. Maria, Dr. Belanger's scribe, was very friendly and extremely detailed in asking for information. When Dr. Corinne Belanger came in, she was professional, thorough, and caring...top-notch! If I could give the team 10 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. This is how a business should be run!
