(January 18, 2023, 10:57 am)I have had good luck with Baird for CPAP supplies. Melissa in the Respiratory Department has always been kind, informative, helpful, and timely. Their auto ordering setup has worked well for me which is good because likely wouldn’t even take full advantage of my reordered supplies if it weren’t for their efforts. This keeps me in compliance and sleeping well.

They were the only company approved by my insurance who actually answered, gave clear information about upgrade fees, etc and the customer service was amazing! Genesis was super helpful and kind and my pump came the day after I ordered it — would definitely recommend.
