We uncover a lot of things that I don’t realize about myself as well as things that just need to be said out loud. She is great at drawing out personal things and I never feel like she is prying. Our plan was made with ease. Checking in is always set on my pace. Tamara emails me resources, articles, and even quizzes to help me on my wellness journey. I have nothing but praise for Tamara and Avenue Wellness.

She really listened and helped me determine practices that I could handle that have made a big difference in my overall health. Working with Tamara was comfortable and productive at the same time. I did not feel overwhelmed. Tamara also worked well with my challenge of a chronic medical condition. At times just the condition has been overwhelming but Tamara’s vast knowledge and approach made the difference and I was able to easily incorporate ideas and feel successful.
