  Staff is excellent, nice wating area, Bathrooms could be a little cleaner tho. Technician was excellent. Big plus, they have longer hours than most. All & all good experience.

  From the minute I walked in I was greeted with smiles. Everyone at the main desk was very professional. Once I was escorted to the back the girls there were pleasant and professional. All and all it was a great experience.

  When I tell you I cried in the waiting room, the whole way to my appointment, and for several days before I mean it. I can not take acute anxiety medication and this MRI has been put off so many times because I was so sure I’d have a panic attack in the middle of it.
  
  The staff was so kind, didn’t make me feel embarrassed or difficult for any of my questions or concerns, and the entire process in the Open MRI was so smooth. For my test and the location of the coils I could not listen to music and I STILL got through it without even feeling like I needed to push the panic button. I wish I asked for names but one woman stayed with me in the room the whole time just to make me feel better, but I did great! No medication, no stopping the scan - it was so quick I think my whole scan was less than 20 minutes and that’s only because I had to redo a 90 second scan because I moved a little so it was probably closer to 15. Will absolutely come back here, with a lot less anxiety, if I ever need another.

  The entire staff was so kind and friendly. They did an excellent job and I can not recommend them more! Shoutout to the gentleman at the front desk who always ran to get the front door for me. I am on crutches so everything is difficult for me at the moment so it was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  First time at this location to get CT Scan and it was nice experience. I was so happy to know they gave variety of Barium flavors as another place only had 1 option and although I had to drink 2 big bottles this time I went with the Moccachino flavor and so much easier to tolerate. I get bad anxiety getting needles and Stephanie the tech that did my scan was so sweet and made me feel comfortable during process.
