  I Would highly recommend this company. Had an emergency after hours and they sent someone within 30 minutes. the Technician , Stuart, was honest, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get the lock fixed in a timely manner. He explained everything as he was doing it and made sure the lock and keys were working properly before he left. We have used this company in the past and they have always been helpful. Thanks again to Technician Stuart!

  Needed a new dead bolt lock on an outside door...Assured locksmith came over within the hour. Stuart was punctual, neat, and fixed another problem with the door that I didn't even realize. Fair price and good work.

  I had a problem with my lock on my front door so I called Assured Locksmith.. he asked me if I would be home within an hour for someone to come and take a look at it. Stuart came within an hour and checked the lock and said that he was able to fix it. After his insight and expertise, I realized that I had a lock that was of very poor quality so I then chose to replace the lock. I feel that Stuart could have just said that the lock needed to be replaced and couldn’t be fixed but instead he offered to fix it (a lot cheaper) He was not only very knowledgeable, he was also very honest which to me is most important!!

  Had Service call to remove broken key in door knob. The service tech Stuart arrived on time as usual. Stuart was able to remove key vs installing new knob. Everything worked great afterwards. We have worked with Assured at least 4 times and Stuart has been to most of those service calls. Very knowledgeable & patient. Highly recommend.

  Had a door latch issue (broken). Spoke to Don who gave me a fair price to address the issue. He send Stuart, his tech, who was polite and courteous, very engaging, walk me through what the issue was and how he would repair and replace the latch. Too many people are quite to condemn you if make the slightest mistake. This is just the opposite for Stuart. You can tell he takes pride in making the job perfect. He is with Assured Locksmith more than 2 decades and it shows! Thank you for a great job. Will remember and continue to use you in the future!!
