5 stars as park is absolutely beautiful with well maintained trails and seating ares.
Trail for just enough energy, not overkill. Paved mostly. Horse friendly, our dogs were super excited to see a horse. Very tranquil walk.
I had a weekday afternoon adventure riding my bike and hiking at Arney’s Mount Park in Springfield Township! These trails are fairly new so I wanted to go see the highest point in Burlington County for myself. I hiked up the red trail which was less than a half mile. Then I rode my bike around the yellow trail which was about 2.5 miles. For being 243 feet above see level, there wasn’t a scenic overlook because the trails don’t go to the top which is covered in trees and a cell phone tower. The highlight of my adventure was stopping at the historical Arney’s Mount Friends Meeting House and Burial Ground! The meeting house was built in 1775 but the burial grounds are still in use and predate the building with many unmarked graves. If you’re looking for good place to explore nature and history head over to Arney’s Mount ⛰️🥾🚴♂️⛪️ #arneysmount #adventuresinsouthjersey #hiking #history
What a gem of a beautiful place. Perfect for dog walkers, bike riders, rollerskaters and strollers. The park has a paved 2 mile walk way all around the scenic view of Pemberton. So glad I found this place.
Excellent park with a few different trails. Looked like they had hiking, biking, and equestrian trails. The hills were very nice, especially in South Jersey. We did the full paved loop with a stroller and it was about 2.5 miles. There was a another path called Crushed Aggregate Trail and it was .4 miles. We tried the stroller and we think it would've been fine but we saved that for next time. There is a port-a-potty in the parking lot but not other bathrooms we could see. We'll definitely be back.
