Arden Courts - ProMedica Memory Care Community (Yardley)

My dad has been a resident of Arden Courts for over a year now & I can not say enough nice things about the staff. Jasmine is one of the most friendly voices answering their phone. Lori helped guide me thru his transition into Arden & answered my million questions. Phyllis (RN) who always keeps me informed with what's going on with his medical needs. Henry is one of his caretakers who has the most positive upbeat attitude & truly cares about my dad & the other residents, I love seeing him interact with them! I literally thank these people every single time I visit & it's truly from the bottom of my heart!

When a loved one has Alzheimer's disease and starts to need more care, the decision to have them enter memory care is emotional and requires much research. Not all memory care centers understand the disease! After watching my dad struggle in a new but unskilled situation, I was lucky to be guided to Arden Courts in Yardley. The years of experience and facility design made all the difference. I love seeing my Dad smile again! Arden Courts' kindness and understanding have been remarkable. Thank you Lori, for helping to get my dad settled, and thank you to all the wonderful staff who help him every day.

The team at Arden Courts is excellent - made up of caring and wonderful people who truly care about what they do and how they take care of others' loved ones every day. Any day you visit Arden Courts, you will witness the never-ending care and compassion that the team has for both its residents and visiting family members alike. It is easy for any of these paid facility homes to provide paid care for the residents. However, it takes a special type of person, and a whole group of them, to provide a whole different meaning to truly caring for and about the people who are their residents.

After a terrible experience at another facility we are so relieved to have found Arden Courts Yardley. The most important difference is that our father is now in a safe and caring environment. The entire staff, from administration, nursing, caregivers and food staff are accessible to the family and loving and patient with the residents. Our father has been in multiple hospitals and facilities in the past 3 months and AC is the only one he has not complained about and wanted to leave. Nor has he complained about the food! The staff tells me he eats “a lot”. Thank you Arden Courts Yardley for your professional well trained and caring staff.
