  Allison is incredibly empathetic and a great listener, but also very straightforward. She can help to process and understand the emotions you feel in a cathartic way so you leave feeling like you understand yourself, the situation, and your thoughts. I would absolutely recommend.

  I can say for certain, I wouldn’t be where I am in my life if it wasn’t for the work Allison put out. From day one, it wasn’t just about listening and giving advice. The dedication and care she put into really understanding me, and wanting to try all avenues to helping me become the best version of myself, is second to none. I learned so much about myself, but also just about loving myself more in our sessions than any other circumstance. I cannot recommend her enough and could write a novel truly on how wonderful of a person she is.
