Amin Medical Center - Skippack

Many primary care practices have excellent doctors, and Amin Medical Center definitely has that. What it also has that is rare these days is excellent administrative staff. The staff are knowledgeable and either handle my phone calls or messages themselves or quickly get back to me with an answer after speaking with a doctor. They are all professional and warm. My friends and family members are always complaining about the poor customer service at their primary care and specialists offices (prescriptions that are not renewed, calls that are not returned, unpleasant/negative people, etc.). I feel lucky to have found this practice a year ago when my previous doctor retired.

I have been a patient of Dr. Amin for quite some time and he and his staff have always been extremely helpful and accommodating. They always go the extra mile and take their time during each appointment (virtual or in person). The front office staff is also great, they always provide several options for appointments. The portal they have is also a great feature, easy to check reports, reminders for appointments as well as other notifications that are specific to the office.

I also had a concern and left a message for the Skippack office today. Randy returned my call the same day and was extremely helpful which related to the covid swabbing test. I couldn't be more thankful for the time and effort Randy spent with me. It's very valuable when quality time is taken for your patients.

I used to only go to the Lansdale office but recently visited this location. Both offices are great and the staff actually listens to you and your concerns and don't ever rush you out the door to get more patients in. All the doctors my husband and I have seen were all caring and compassionate and actually tried to help with whatever issues we had and didn't brush it off like other doctors have done to us over the years. They schedule you for images or tests if they feel like you need it as well as if YOU feel safer to get checked out. Thank you to the whole team at both locations. Keep up the good work!

I have been patient at amin medical center little over 4 years now. The physician and staff are absolutely friendly and caring. And I must say they are one of the best health care provider in area. Specially, Dr. Rupal Patel who is a great, very attentive and knowledgeable doctor. I feel Dr. Patel always goes extra miles to provide excellent care, to explain meaningful detail and educate me about my health. I would highly recommended Dr. Patel and all provider at this place.
