I had Scott come to my home to take care of a leaking toilet. After his initial inspection he was very thorough in explaining the problem to me and was able to quickly fix it. Really nice guy and a great company to deal with.
Wonderful experience. Very professional. Arrived when they said they would and took the time to do an outstanding job. Would use them again and recommend them to all. Thanks guy.
Guy was an excellent installer of the new faucet. Very courteous and adept at his trade. I would recommend Ameriserve for any plumbing need.
I recently had a plumbing inspector who recommended a few updates in my plumbing system that were “easy-to-do”. I attempted to make the update on my own and after $50 worth of parts, my setup was leaking and I threw in the towel! I called around for a plumber to redo what I did and setup properly. Ameriserve Inc. was the only local plumber that actually picked up the phone and did not go to a answering machine. Since it wasn’t an emergency they sent a plumber the next morning. Sergio, arrived on time and within thirty minutes rectified what I did and updated my plumbing to what was recommended. Sergio was very professional and I am very pleased with the result. The only con was the price for the update. Based on the parts (no more than $70 worth for the ball valve and pipe) and labor, the average cost for this job should not have exceeded $250. I ended up paying $418 and that was with a $50 coupon! I am giving the five stars for the prompt service, performed work and professionalism. Price wise, what a hit 🤦🏻♂️.
