My new insurance is not in network with American outcome. And what a difference it is without them on my corner. American outcome's patient service was/is impeccable. In fact they were ready to get me started on my needed therapy within 30min of me walking out of my doctor's office. I have been referred to a new agency and it's been 24hrs and still have not started. Been told I have to wait until tomorrow. Tomorrow could of been 3 days in with my therapy with American outcome and now my well being is delayed. Thinking of switching insurances again just so this does not happen to me again!! #feeling helpless
