  Absolutely love this store, she was so helpful and lovely!! The hats are fabulous I was so last minute and she even stayed so I can make sure to get a hat for my tea party for my birthday

  Excellent service. Wide selection of merchandise. Excellent prices. Picked up several hats I had cleaned and refreshed and was thoroughly impressed at the transformation. Will be back.

  I went there on 8/6/2021 and the warehouse is exactly as described on Google. The owner was there too so I got to meet her. Very friendly, very welcome and very down-to-earth. You can see it in her whole aura that she enjoys doing what she does. That alone makes for a great shopping experience. They have a great selection of hats. Initially, when I looked around, though I saw lots of good hats I didn’t see quite the style I was looking for (color-wise) then the one woman explained to me
  
  Anything you want we can make. Once I finally realized that I thought “well that just made the possibilities endless. Usually, you walk into a store and your only options are whatever they have on their shelves available. The woman who helped me out, she was also very friendly and down-to-earth. And she had a sense of humor too. She didn’t try to force any style on me but she gave me good guidance as far as what to look for in sizing a hat and how to know if a hat looks good.
  
  I tried on, I guess, 5 or 6 different ones. I ended up going with a custom design. A style they have on their racks but in the specific color I was looking for.
  
  The shopping experience was great and I have no doubt that the hat will be just as great when I pick it up (wait time is only due to it being a custom hat and orders that were placed ahead of mine)
  
  So far, I suggest anyone in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area looking for a good hat stop here and check them out.
  
  I’ll revisit this review in a few weeks and update it with the outcome of the hat itself.

  I can't say enough great things about American Hats LLC and the owners Rev (Reverend Morgan-Thomas) and her son, Robert. After enjoying the play "Crowns" at McCarter Theater, in Princeton, NJ, and taking note that American Hats LLC provided all the hats in the performance - I looked them up, reached out, and Rev and 2 of the factory staff ladies gave a wonderful tour to my Red Hat Society Chapter and ladies from 3 more chapters in October 2019. Fun was had, hats were purchased, and the ladies still talk about what a wonderful time we all had!!! Rev is a wonderful, warm and caring person - to know her is to love her. During the COVID Pandemic I've also been watching many of their weekly, Saturday at 1 pm, hat auctions and purchased 2 more hats. I'm now the proud owner of 4 of their hats and love them all (red and purple ones, of course). They do impeccable work and stand behind their products.
