They kept me informed every step of the way and fixed my car good as new. I definitely recommend them. Really nice people and it seems like a family business.

Thought my truck was totaled but they brought her back to life in a timely fashion and the ladies kept me informed every step of the way! If you need anything you should definitely call them! (February 4, 2023, 2:19 pm)Got in an accident, John T showed up at the scene and help steer, my husband and I in the right direction, he took our vehicle to Craig’s, once our car was evaluated the body shop kept us informed and gave us updates on our vehicle. When we pick up our car it looked brand new like we just took it off the dealership lot. Thank you so much to all the people at Craigs and John T for being so helpful and informative!

I was in a car accident early June and due to high demand of car crashes, it took a little over a month to get my car. However Elizabeth kept me updated and had great communication/customer service, they returned my car clean as can be, and all around service!
