  I started seeing Alyse Parise. Best situation ever. She’s kind, compassionate and very positive. I went for EMDR to help with a trauma that I was having difficulty navigating. I was completely blown away how it helped me live with my trauma. I don’t get too easily triggered anymore. Nor is the trauma waking me up in the middle of the night. If the trauma is brought up I even make a joke. It’s not funny what happened but it’s not paralyzing to me. Thank you Alyse, I owe you so much💜
