(November 17, 2022, 8:16 am)I could not be more satisfied with my experience at Altomira. Great customer service, conversation, and best of all- my machine runs LIKE NEW again. I’ve worked my singer for over a decade, and unfortunately have never taken care of it properly. I’m so excited for the restoration that was done, and to use my machine all winter. This man is a mechanical wizard!! He was also prompt, and his fee respectable. Take your machine to Altomira, you’ll be so so happy you did 😁

(October 7, 2021, 7:40 pm)A friend brought me to see Charlie, along with my vacuum, that smelt like it was burning and wasn't picking anything up. It was only a year old. I left it on a Tuesday and was promised it would be fixed by Friday. I got a call on Friday, my vacuum, (as promised), was fixed, it had many issues, but they were all addressed. Having a Great Pyrenees and two Maine Coone mixes, gives any vacuum a run for its money. The charge for my repairs were extremely reasonable. My conversations with Charlie, were pleasant and interesting. I would not hesitate to refer his business to anyone. He is a delightful human and his knowledge is never ending.
If there were more than 5 stars, he would get 10.
I'm including the photos that I took outside his shop. They are fall themed and very festive. It isn't that often you get to meet someone that is interesting, helpful and kind. I can't say enough about this kind, talented man. 😊 -

(December 6, 2020, 7:31 pm)Both times when I brought my Miele to Altomira, Charlie fixed for free because there was something stuck in the hose. I trust him completely. He really knows his stuff. This last visit he gave me a tour of his vintage sewing machines, Christmas decorations and fun creations.
