The hospital ordered the O2 equipment the day before I got out and it was delivered to my house the next day and a carry tank was delivered to my hospital room the day I left.
I've had another opportunity to deal with them in person and they were able to provide prompt attention to my desires. They are in the process of helping me decide on a battery operated O2 carry on machine.
