Allegro Senior Living – Harrington Park, NJ

Allegro was recommended to me as a Senior Living facility that is special and that I should check out.
I made an appointment with Chrissy Hancock to take a tour and answer questions. Chrissy did so much more then that. She is part of the Allegro corporate team with a nurses background that gives her a special prospective to what my parents might need. She is smart, charismatic, warm, caring, super knowledgable and a great listener. She understands what a hard journey it is for elderly people to leave their home and make a new home somewhere else. She showed me and eventually my parents why Allegro was so special. Starting with the beautiful land it's on with sweeping views of the reservoir and benches to relax on and enjoy. When I told Chrissy my parents were "foodies" she asked what they liked so she could tell the chef to include on the menu. My parents were not disappointed.The food is world class and the Chef came out to see if everyone was content.I think my father's comment was "perfection".
Chrissy found the best apartments to show us that suited my parents needs and pleasures. She is charming, talented, informed and sincere. I'm sure all the employees are wonderful but I feel so lucky to have gotten Chrissy as our guide and advisor through this difficult journey.

There was no question whatsoever our family knew this was the best place for our parents. The time and effort provided by Senior Living Advisor, Dejan, was simply marvelous. He could not have made us feel more comfortable. We look forward in having them reside at the Allegro!

Throughout the process of the assisted living with Allegro, Ms. Chrissy Hancock has been a tremendous help with this journey. She has gone above and beyond her duty. Ms. Hancock has answered all of our questions, given three tours with our family members, helped with paperwork, sent articles on how to talk to our elderly parents, and she even took our phone calls over her Thanksgiving break. I want to share that Chrissy Hancock, the Sales Advisor, has been nothing short of amazing with my beloved parents. She helped them every single step of the way with their move from Florida, which has bee extremely physically and emotionally challenging, and she did so with genuine concern, care, and LOVE.

Chrissy makes me feel like my parents are in the best hands and her being at Allegro gives me peace of mind because I know in my heart that she actually cares about my parents' well being. She is a true advocate and ally and she takes her position and work to a whole other level. We LOVE her!!!

The gentleman who took my wife and I on walk-in tour was tremendous. Dijon was thorough, thoughtful and professional. We may do a 2-3 month trial period in early 2023. A beautiful community!
