  Dr. Phil and his staff are truly the best! I’ve been coming here for many years now as well as my family - everyone is welcoming, friendly and professional. Never a wait to see any of the hygienists and always a pain-free experience.

  I first met Dr Spagnisi when our sons were in the third grade and I started getting my dental work from him. The boys are now 32 and I still have Phil as my dentist. His work is not only excellent but his ability to never hurt you....yes pain free.....is a very big plus. His staff are always professional and friendly. I am so pleased with my dental care that even though I have moved out of Bergen county I still make the hour drive to Emerson for check ups and more extensive dental work because I trust his ability.

  Dr. Spagnesi and the staff are phenomenal! I’ve had some harrowing dental experiences in the past and had major anxiety about ever waking into a dentist’s office. Now, I have a confident, new smile and it’s a complete life changer. Dr. Spagnesi not only provides exceptional treatment, he listens to your concerns, goals, and everyone in the office is incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I’m so glad I booked my first appointment with them.
