  Their weight loss program is medically safe and effective. I tried so many methods before and was unsuccessful. The method they utilize is effective and based on a scientific method. It made sense to start with a detox for 7 days and my energy increased. Following their program allowed me to safely lose a pound a day without hunger or loss of energy. I am getting so many compliments as I lose fat, my skin started glowing and I had energy. I highly recommend Align Health and wellness. In addition the staff is so courteous and professional makes the experience very seamless and pleasant. I strongly recommend them.

  I suffer from neuropathy and tried a place in early 2021 without success. My toes on both feet were being affected. By the time I was done with 8 weeks, not much difference. In February 2022, with my neuropathy now spreading to the the balls of both feet, I saw an ad for Align Health and Wellness that enticed me to try again. The video and listening to their approach convinced me to make a call. The consult was free and thought why not? I signed up, my insurance covers most of my PT, Chiropractic but there is still out of pocket expense. That said, I’m in the middle of my 90 day intensive therapy and now my neuropathy is back to only my two big toes and the toe next to them. It’s WORKING!
  I first spoke to Dr. Blecher’s wife, who made my appointment with Mike, the Director. He explained everything to me as he was taking down notes and examining my feet. The approach Align Health and Wellness takes is multi-faceted. I do come to therapy 3 times a week for about 2-hours each day, as well as at home treatments twice a day, take supplements and get the weekly vitamin B and amino acid shots.
  When I started my regiment, I met Pankti, the Physical Therapist and her assistant, Aarti. Both ladies are excellent and have a magic touch. When I met Ryan, he assured me that he was a patient here before he became a staff member; he said he could hardly walk and had walked with a cane; today you’d never know it!
  I also have gotten to know Michelle, the nurse that gives me my weekly shots. We have awesome talks about life..and my travels that I love to share😀
  And, of course, I’ve gotten to know Dr. Blecher pretty well by now too. He’s the Chiropractor and owner of the business. All I can say, is this is a terrific group of health professionals who work hard to help so many of us!
  Bottom line, if you are serious about wanting to feel better and are willing to hold up your end of that road to feeling better, have no hesitations about Align Health and Wellness!

  Today I finished six weeks of pre-surgery physical therapy. Align was recommended by a friend. I am so glad I went to them!
  The practice is busy but very modern, efficient and organized. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. M. was thorough and challenged me within my limits. She prepared a plan for my personal needs and for the first time, I’ve followed up PT faithfully.
  I will return for my post surgical therapy!

  I injured in a car accident and had a Lower back and neck pain for almost a year, however, since a started with Dr. Mehta and her amazing staff I feel way better. She is highly knowledgeable, friendly and a thorough professional. Dr. M and her highly qualified team developed a exercise and training plan to help me with my back pain issues. I am very confident of the treatment I am receiving and I highly recommend Dr. M and entire Align Health team. The staff are very helpful with scheduling my appointments! I really appreciate what you do I feel like I’m visiting a family… 10 STARS

  I went for a series of physiotherapy sessions with Dr.Mehta. She is highly knowledgeable, friendly and a thorough professional. Dr.Mehta and her highly qualified team developed a exercise and training plan to heal my joint and back pain issues. I am very confident of the treatment I am receiving and it is a very positive experience every time visiting Align Health. The staff are very cordial and I am happy about the zero waiting time and no delays! Thanks Align!!
