(August 21, 2023, 12:30 pm)Algeo has been a really positive impact on myself, physically and personally. I started Muay Thai in March ‘22 as a 25 year old with no experience. I played sports my entire life, but haven’t been in the group workout setting since college. I had a much lower self esteem when I first started, but not once was I ever shamed or felt like I didn’t deserve to be there with lack of skill. Gradually I got better and felt like I could keep up with the workouts. I stopped once I had an invasive surgery earlier this year, but overall this place had a great impact and really boosted my confidence. I didn’t realize what I was capable of until I came here. The staff was awesome, and I always felt like I was getting the help I needed since I learned so much. This place is like a hole in the wall that I never knew existed. It has two main rooms for classes, one has plenty of bags. Gets pretty hot in the summer in the back room but hey that’s how fighters should train!! This place has a sense of community, you’re not going to be just another number that rolls in. Really glad I joined this gym.

(September 30, 2022, 11:14 am)BEST GYM EVER. Very welcoming environment. Awesome coaches. Female friendly. I came into the gym 3 months ago with no MMA/boxing experience and I feel a huge improvement in such a short time. Definitely a good place to go to relieve some stress and have some fun
