  I sold my house through Chris Cosio. He got me the highest price. Even though we both had to endure a five month slog into what started looking like a shaky deal, Chris lined up a backup buyer. Chris was always on top of things and always kept me informed with speedy emails and phone calls. Eventually, our deal came through no thanks to the buyer's attorney and realtor having given us terrible communications all along the way. They get an F- and Chris gets an A+. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He never quits!
