Erin has also been so helpful with assisting in Don's fittings and answering questions! Tammy has helped me over the phone numerous times and has always been professional and courteous! We really appreciate AdaptHealth!

(August 25, 2023, 4:54 pm)I met with Von today to be fitted for a Cpap machine. She was phenomenal! Kind, informative, took her time to explain every aspect of the machine and parts. The facility itself was very nice and clean. The receptionist greeted me warmly and professionally. I was called back for my appointment on time. Overall an excellent experience!

(August 24, 2023, 8:49 am)The scheduler went above and beyond her duties by asking a question to the Doctor's staff for me. She tried connecting me first but she left a message requesting they contact me regarding the question. She left a detailed enough message that the reply was as good as if I asked the question. Awesome customer service!

(August 13, 2023, 8:28 am)Thank you for being thorough, patient, and making this easy to begin. It really took about 3 weeks to get used to using and actually being comfortable with the machine. A few nights I would think the machine kept me awake more than any sleep apnea. Instructions though, were right; might reinforce how much the machine communicates and uploads daily data and then sends email feedback. My only concern is with the machine's message center print is too small to read without glasses. With the mask on its hard to wear glasses and read anything in the middle of the night.

(June 8, 2023, 10:44 am)The service was amazing! We had to have a wheelchair and potty chair delivered for my grandmother, and the man that delivered these items was so helpful! Even though it was around 7:30 in the evening, the delivery was made, everything was explained, and all of my questions were answered! The delivery man didn't rush to leave, and he was extremely courteous! I definitely recommend this company for any and all medical equipment needs!
