  I used to dread going to PT. After two knee replacements and arthritic issues it was a chore. However, I was introduce to Activcore and Dr. Beata Thomas. She was attentive and knowledgeable about my needs. Redcord suspension was what she recommended and just what I needed. I highly recommend the Princeton Activcore group and Dr. Thomas!

  Adrienne Jensen gave me my life back after a life-altering spinal injury with significant nerve damage. I came to her after years of surgery, injections, and physical therapy from numerous practitioners. I was living with extremely limited mobility, severe chronic pain, and had given up hope that I would even be able to manage basic household tasks again. Not only did Adrienne understand the complexity of my injury, but she built up my lost strength using her intricate knowledge of anatomy and physiology. This was a miracle for me. The work we did together allowed me to get back to doing the things I love and allowed me to explore new things like hiking and traveling. I never thought I’d be able to experience things like this again. Adrienne is truly passionate about her work and it shows in how she treats her patients.
  
  Thank you Adrienne and Activcore for allowing me to get back to living life. You are miracle workers.

  A really exceptional place. I've seen Adrienne Jensen twice. Each time she fixed things other physical therapists couldn't. Kristi Herbert has also been amazing at teaching me how to exercise and stay pain free without giving up activities I enjoy.
  
  Both were super friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, unlike a lot of other places, they work with you one-on-one. So, you can always ask questions, give feedback, and you don't have to wonder if you're doing an exercise correctly while your trainer/therapist is off with some other patient.

  I've had such a good experience with Ashley at Activcore Princeton for Pelvic Floor PT. Ashley is such a knowledgable practitioner and an amazing listener. I feel seen, heard, and supported, and the work she's done on my body truly feels like magic...but it's medicine.
  
  At 5 months postpartum, I started to have bad back pain in the middle of the night. My daughter was sleeping through the night but I was up because my back hurt so bad that rolling over was painful. After two sessions, my back pain reduced significantly. I feel more space in my abdomen. She's releasing things I didn't know needed to be released. I feel better physically and know I'm healing emotionally too, and Ashley acknowledges how they're all connected. I'm learning a lot about my body, getting exercises I can practice at home so I can continue my progress and feel good when we're not together, and the hands on in-office care feels so good.
  
  If you're considering pelvic floor PT (and I now believe that everyone could benefit from pelvic floor PT), I hope you'll give yourself the gift that it is and book an appointment with Ashley or one of her colleagues at Activcore Princeton.

  I cannot say how pleased my wife and I are with the being treated by Dr. Adrienne Jensen at Activcore. She came highly recommended to us by a friend and it was timely, indeed, to address core stability and back issues we have experienced this year.
  
  The Activcore team has been more than accommodating to help work with our schedules, including last minute appointments when we were really in need. Thank you, Haley, for putting such a personalized touch on how you meet with and schedule clients!
  
  The one-on-one, hands-on approach in each session yields amazing results in a relatively short amount of time. Dr. Adrienne is personable, extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and function, and uses a customized approach when dealing with each client's personal needs. It makes each session highly enjoyable and interactive (even as you work through some tough spots!).
  
  The facility is also beautifully maintained, with modern equipment and training gear. Plenty of space for multiple clients to work with PTs in a safe, functional environment.
  
  We both trust Dr. Adrienne's guidance and experience and will continue to have her be part of our physical care and well being. Thank you!
