  I have utilized Access for all of my rehab needs including most recently a shoulder repair. Everyone there is always great and they went above and beyond to make me “road worthy” again. I recommend them to anyone who needs physical rehab.

  My elder father had been to rehabs many times several orthopedic issues. He really likes Mike C, he has him doing things that others places did not do and after a couple days feels much better. Mike spent a whole hour , before starting, in reviewing everything. He is extremely knowledgeable and, thorough. Great job Mike thanks for helping my elder father. Give him a raise!!!

  everyone there was very friendly and very caring!! sue really knows her stuff!! my rehab went great!! thanks to all the staff👍👍👍👍👍

  There is a facility closer to me (Gaylord), but when I called and asked pretty basic questions they seemed annoyed. This was not true with Access, so even though it is further away I chose this facility for my PT.
  I'm glad that I did. The people that check you in, set appointments, do the general admin stuff are great. Had some good conversation and a few laughs waiting for my appointments since I was always early. Friendly and professional is selling them short.
  My therapists were mainly Destiny and Michael. Same goes for them, friendly and professional sells them short. Really the whole staff, even the therapist that were there but I didn't work with.
  I had my hip replaced. At different stages of my recovery both Michael and Destiny came up with exercises or movements that directly targeted issues I brought up. They both obviously put thought into my care and didn't have me on some generic program.
  I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone in need of physical therapy. Great people who will work hard with and for you to help you reach your recovery goals.

  The entire staff was professional and courteous. I had Michael as my primary therapist. He addressed my issues and targeted the exercises to address my concerns. Highly rated rehab center!
