From the staff phone calls, which walked me through the procedure, step by step, so there were no surprises when I arrived....To the genuine care & kindness shown at the office, knowing I was nervous. Everyone was just wonderful! Donna spent so much time with me, explaining every detail in an informative & caring way - a true one on one experience. To Martini, the anesthesiologist, and Kurt the nurse anesthetist - I felt so comfortable and cared for. Of course Dr. Coville was so wonderful as well. I highly, highly recommend this surgery center. I can’t see myself ever going anywhere else for future procedures. Thank you, Access!
