(May 26, 2023, 3:46 am)This place was a breath of fresh air. After experiencing b positive I was glad to be here. Way different. Whole process took less than a hour before I was in the back donating. Also money for donating was on my card when I got to the exit compared to waiting an hour or two at another place. Everyone was very nice and professional. Totally different experience. If ur going to donate do it here.

(May 4, 2023, 7:28 pm)Great customer Service. Everyone is so nice. Diana is fabulous and helped me so much the first time as things got screwed up and I waited to long because of some glitch. She swooped in and personally took care of me from there. I told her I wanted the best person to stick me and she got me Chanel who was really good and gentle. I asked Diana if Chanel was not there who else was really good and she said Trey. I had him today and he is just as awesome. So far so good!
