His deep knowledge allows him to miraculously customize every workout to each client’s physical and emotional circumstance. He holds you accountable while motivating you to strive to be your best today. It’s about the right form first, strength and endurance second. The studio is convenient, very clean and safe. I enjoy the culture and community of people that Reggie fosters. Thank for Reggie!

Reggie helped clean-up my form, gave me stretches to relieve nagging pains and taught me new movements to try on my own. Would recommend for all ages and levels of activity.

(April 12, 2021, 1:22 pm)I started 2x a week and now go 4. Reggie learns about you as you work out to help ensure form, energy, and ability are maximized at your own pace. I had a shoulder and knee injury which he helped modify workouts daily to allow me to continue working out and not risk further damage.
Additionally, every workout day is different and it feels great to take away the “routine” of workouts. If you want to check the box of going to a gym, goto a box gym. If you want great long term results and a full service experience, join us. -

I went to 4 gyms and meet with trainers and was not sold on the programs My first training session with Reginald was completely different from the norm. Not only that the safe environment that is provided was also what sold me. I would highly recommend anyone looking for something different from the norm Ab-Salute Fitness is for you!
