(March 6, 2023, 2:10 pm)My journey began during the height of the pandemic and though no fault of either of us I put a hold on looking for my retirement home for a whole year. During this time Lena and I kept in touch. Fast forward to 2022 we resumed our search. To tell you the truth, I was becoming despondent but Lena kept my spirits up assuring me my home was just around the corner waiting for me. She was warm and patient and apprised me of each and every step of the process of buying a home. I appreciated her integrity vis a vis in steering me away from properties that had issues, (she smelled mold in one) and helped guide me to those that I would comfortably be able to maintain (energy-wise/utilities).
Communication was always tantamount along with follow-ups. Using technology through her website ie signing documents was a breeze and secure. Lena went the extra mile in assisting me with recommendations of companies to help me in renovating my kitchen counters later on as well as assisting me in finding a rubbish removal service.
I appreciated her perspective as I am a novice in home buying.
Lena did not feel like a realtor but more like a "girlfriend" helping along the way and holding my hand as a buyer in this market.
I highly recommend Lena Silk to represent you in all matters as a realtor for her knowledge, commitment, dedication, patience, resourcefulness, and overall decency.

It was right when the market was turning and a quick recommendation on adjusting to the right price at the right time to get the house become more attractive made the difference between a sale and still having it in this downturn market. Very experienced and always felt like she was going the extra mile, dotting the i crossing the t, and continued to keep me on track as well as putting the right amount of pressure on the buyer side to ensure the closing was done with no issues. Would recommend without any hesitation!

Lena was a lifesaver after having had previous bad experiences with other realtors. Not only did she assist us with buying our first home , she educated and provided us with lifelong knowledge. She is every thorough with her job and knows her stuff. She has an eye for detail and was attentive to things we were unaware of. Lena is very welcoming and treats you as her own. She wouldn’t put you in a home that she wouldn’t live in herself . Her professionalism is outstanding and she was always available. During our process we started to get discouraged but Lena kept us motivated and optimistic. Not only did we gain a realtor we gained a friend . Thank you for everything !! We appreciate you Lena !! My husband and I worked with her while selling our home as well as purchasing a new one during these exceptionally difficult times. Lena was always very supportive, responsive, honest and patient with us through the entire process, we could reach out to her 24/7. Her professionalism, extensive knowledge and expertise in the real estate business as well as having a valuable construction background are really impressive. We received multiple offers while selling the house, and purchased a new home at a reasonable price in a very competitive market. Lena was always on our side, explaining every step of the process. After working with her, I feel like I became an expert in real estate. Lena puts the clients’ interests before her own! I’ve worked with other realtors, and honestly, none of them came close to Lena’s unique professionalism, knowledge and her working style. Lena really stands out as a very rear, top notch professional in her business. She is also a very nice person who helped us with some great advice. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Through the entire process I felt that she cared about us and that I could fully trust her as if she was selling her own house and was buying a house for herself. It’s not just a matter of business for her, she really wants you to find the perfect house for you! She turned us away from some houses that were not constructed properly. She also recommended an excellent attorney and a financial adviser that were experts in their field and always responded quickly. If I ever need a realtor again, I would go with Lena. I would highly recommend her!
