I’m always satisfied with the friendly staff whenever I stop in this store. Today 7/11/23, I just want to commend you on the efficiency of getting our free slurpee. There were two employees handling the line. They asked us what flavor we wanted and served it with a smile. Three kids in tow and I was in and out without a hitch. A million thanks!!!
Been going to the local Muck City 7-eleven for decades, recently been going in every morning to get my coffee and muffin. Satisfied every time.
The super friendly staff at this 7-11 goes out of their way to be helpful & nice! All the guys, esp Chris, have made us smile & feel welcome in our new town! Their awesome customer service makes this store!
What can I say? It's 7-11...
There are always a few good deals on candy and coffee, and the variety of products is great! This is a super clean store and the employees are incredibly kind and helpful.
P.S. It's two weeks later than my original post, which was a bit picky, and I am incredibly thankful for this brand new 7-11 store, which opened just a few weeks ago. The only convenience store in the area is right by my house on Woodlane Rd., and they are terrible with their prices! One day something will be priced fairly and the next day it will go up 50¢ or $1. They yo-yo their prices and often will enter the price of your purchase with tax already figured in, in their register. When they do this it charges tax again but when we complain they hide behind their "ethnicity" and pretend they don't understand the English language. It's a double tax and that is illegal!!
I go to this 7-11 now because it's super clean and organized, they have a lot more variety and offer different coffees and slushies, AND they don't mind letting you use the restroom! So yeah, I'm editing my post to give them 5 stars. They stand behind good customer service!
