My therapist at 3DPT is amazing. He is knowledgeable and understands the dynamics. His life experiences and education combined have put him on a level where compassion and passion have made his goal for any person he treats a positive experience. 💙
Everyone I have seen in this facility is personable and dedicated to their patients. The staff is incredible.

I highly recommend 3DPT Tabernacle. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of rehabilitation. I have seen my share of PT's over my lifetime and 3DPT is by far the best care I have ever received. The staff is very friendly and as I watch their interactions not just with me but with all of the patients, I am very impressed by their compassion to ensure all patients reach their therapy goals in a safe and effective manner. I will never go anywhere else. Carli and her team are the best!!

Knowledgeable, amiable & helpful therapists. They work with kids through Seniors. Targeted therapy helped me strengthen muscles to recover better movement & gain confidence through precise exercises geared to my specific needs. I can walk again! Thanks guys!

Excellent service, above and beyond when it comes to personalized therapy, incredibly friendly staff and adorable therapy dog Parker that never fails to bring a smile on your face!
