  I simply adore this place. I have been visiting Woodstock for many years. Living in NYC, gyms are overcrowded, loud and can be a bit much at times. Here, one can freely workout with a myriad of choices. Weights, cables, cardio. It's all here. There is plenty of room and the icing on the cake is the music... love it!

  I have been a regular member over 17 years and find it to be the best gym ever and the staff are super. The owner is considerate and knowledgeable. A single use is 10. and you will see - the greatest gym in Ulster County.

  Great local gym with everything you need for a well qualified gym goer. Lots of open space and lots of well maintained equipment. Good day pass price and friendly staff. Clean and well worth it!
