Cozy, friendly, beautiful location. Small bed and breakfast with one cottage and 5 rooms. Dining room, game room. Nice breakfast. Cookies all day. Rooms are not large but comfortable. One suggestion is that they need to upgrade their towels. For a small B & B, they can get plush towels rather than the old-fashioned standard white ones. Also, a bath size towel would be a good touch.
Other than this, it's truly a lovely place.
We recently stayed at the Roebling Inn. The accommodations were perfect. Joann was a great host; she went out of her way to be accommodating and helpful. We look forward to returning sometime in the future.
I've stayed at plenty of Airbnb's and none of them offered near the level of hospitality that Joann did. There was everything and a lot more than I needed. The inn is incredible shape. It was very peaceful and I felt right at home. The view was nice and it was in good distance from what I wanted. I would highly recommend staying here.
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful, refreshing time here. The location is incredible — great views of the Delaware River! And the inn itself is lovely. It feels like you are stepping back in time. Everything was so clean and our room was decorated so nicely. There was a great spread for breakfast — fruit, cereal, boiled eggs, tea, coffee, etc., and each morning JoAnn baked a hot dish to go with it. Everything was delicious! Quiet, peaceful atmosphere, away from crowded touristy areas. And within walking distance to several historic landmarks like the Zane Grey Museum (which had just opened for the summer season!) and the Roebling Bridge. It was so refreshing being out in nature and not hearing traffic / highway sounds. We saw several deer while we were there, bald eagles, and hummingbirds. Would definitely come again!
I loved my stay🥰. The room was beautiful, I love the fact it had it personal restroom with a tub. Joanna was amazing, kind and welcoming. She made some awesome pineapple cake, berry cobbler and cookies yum! The view from the house was beautiful, you sat on the front porch you are right across from the river. It was relaxing and peaceful.
