(May 28, 2019, 11:56 am)I've been using 110 pharmacy for over a year now. I switched from CVS because there were more than a few times when they were unable to fill a prescription because they didn't carry an item, and they would send me to 110 pharmacy. Eventually I switched permanently. I like that they always have, or will order what I need, and they fill prescriptions pretty quickly, but customer service is just "so so". It really depends on who is working. Today, the cashier told me to come back tomorrow for my son's antibiotic prescription and then got angry with me when I said he needed it tonight. I told her that he has strep throat and an ear infection, so I'd wait around until they finished it because I want
him to start the medication today. After that, they filled it within 10 minutes, but the cashier and pharmacist made it clear that they were annoyed. This is not the normal experience I have, but it really put a bad taste in my mouth.
*Edit* I'm updating my rating because after posting this, the owner of the pharmacy reached out to me. She sent a letter apologizing for my experience, assured me that the staff had been spoken to, and gave me a gift card, which I was very nice of her to do.
