Zwanger Pesiri Radiology - Coram

I can't say enough about the techs at Zwanger. I've always been cared for by those who you can tell truly care about their patients, no matter which branch I go to.

I want to explain how wonderful my experience was with Shane at your Coram office. **I did want to note that when I scheduled the appointment - scheduling told me that they did not have a stand up MRI at their Commack office when I called, but that they did have one in Coram. So I had to wait over a week to get an appointment there. When I arrived and Shane brought me into the room, I realized it was a lay down MRI and was in slight panic mode. I asked if they had the other, and he said No they didn't - and asked if I was told that as someone else he worked with the day before had the same issue happen** I had never gotten an MRI done before and was extremely nervous. He made me feel comfortable when I arrived, made sure he explained everything before it happened, told me he was going to make sure he "got me through" the procedures and continued to check on me throughout. I also had to return for 2 more the following morning, and I specifically asked him that day if he would be there the next morning so I could guarantee I worked with him again (I truly would've changed my appointment otherwise). I can't thank Shane and the staff at the Coram office enough for their kindness and for making me feel comfortable, informed, and unworried about the procedures. Thank you!!

As a patient who has had their share of MRIs , and developed claustrophobia and anxiety, I must say that this was, by far, my best experience. The staff was awesome ( I actually stopped by a few days prior to my appointment and they actually offered to take me in and
show me the open sided machine!!) Shane was awesome and very reassuring. I no longer fear this machine 🤣. Thank you to the staff and newer technology.

I had a open MRI and Shane was the best.. He has patience of a saint.. He kept me very calm and spoke so nice and easy..
Thank you Shane for making me feel comfortable during my test. Also I would like to thank the nurse I think her name was Donna for being caring and understanding with me and was very good putting my IV in being that I have small veins.😊

I’ve been here a few times and found the Staff pleasant and extremely helpful. A technician went out of their way to work with the doctors office and insurance company to get the proper scan done for my needs. Everyone involved was helpful, patient and persistent.
