I contacted them because I was having issues in one of my bathrooms, they set me up for an appt the same day. Kevin reached out to me and walked me through the entire process. He explained everything in detail and recommended other services. Extremely friendly, professional and efficient. Great service.

The Technician Rob was amazing! Answered all my questions no matter what they were, was extremely professional, in and out in no time! The company as well was great to deal with from start to finish. I hope I won’t need them again but if I do they will be the first call!

We called Zoom Drain because we had a clogged shower & bathroom sink, along with gurgling pipes. Kevin was very polite & professional & thorough, asking all the right questions while on the phone with me & he listened to what the problem was. He fit us into their busy schedule & had his guy come the very next day. They communicated with us on where their technician was & when he was coming throughout the day because we were not initially a scheduled stop for them & they took us last minute. Rob-the technician was very professional, even put on booties when entering our home, even when he had to go back outside, he put the booties back on. Explained very clearly what the problem was, made recommendations & got right to work on it & had our drains clear in no time! Their price was super reasonable, we have no complaints at all. Thank you Kevin & Rob, you both were a pleasure to deal with & we would absolutely use your services again!

Kevin, the owner was great. He went out of his way to make sure that he would have his guys help me with the install of my faucet aswell as help me with running diagnostics on a potential leak on my only day off I had during the week. Always responds to your calls/texts. Rob was one of the techs that assisted me with the install and he was great. Professional/helpful/insightful...I highly recommend Zoom Drain.

I was So happy with their service. Kevin did a great job , rushed over to me, He was prompt, professional and friendly. He knew what he was doing and explained every step as he worked. from the camera to the water jet washer, The work was done in a couple of hours and he cleaned up afterwards. But like spotless clean. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will be using them again. if your looking for a job done rite and clean Kevin is your guy
